Burton Hollow is owned and operated by it's 325
member families.
There is currently a waiting list for membership. Time on the
waiting list varies and depends on the number of members that sell
each year. Past experience has shown that the club generally sells
20-30 memberships per calendar year. Most sales occur in September
and March. There is a $40 fee upon being added to the waiting
list.
If you would like more information about being a member, fill out
the form located here and someone will get in contact with
you shortly.
After filling out a membership application, you will be placed on
the waiting list. When a membership opens up, you will be contacted
by the Membership Chair. At that time, you will have an opportunity
to purchase a membership.

Membership Dues & Fees
$100.00 Capital Improvement Fee(One Time, Non-Refundable)
$550.00 Bond Purchase Fee (One Time, Refundable Upon Sale)
$470.00 2008 - Annual Dues (Prorated, see below #)
$100.00 Work Bee Fee (Refundable, see below %)
$1220.00 Total First year cost for New Members
In subsequent years, members will pay the current dues, and work
bee fee. In 2008, this total was $570 with $100 refundable if Work
Bee is completed. Dues are due on April 1st.
(#) Dues are prorated if membership is purchased/sold after club
opens for the season.
(%) Work Bee fee is refunded if four hours are worked by an adult
from the family during designated Saturdays in May.
Miscellaneous Fees:
Swim Lessons: $25 per session (1 session = Two weeks)
Swim Team: $25 per year (volunteering is also required)
Returned Check Fee: $20
Replacement Check Fee: $25
Guest Fees:
$2.50 on Weekdays/Non-Holidays
$3.00 on Weekends/Holidays
