To all Swim Meet Volunteers:

- Please check the website (www.burtonhollowswim.com)
or the Recreation Bulletin Board for updates on the
Volunteer List.

- When arriving at the Meet please check in with Herman
Kellahan (Recreation Director) by 5:30 so we know
everyone is present that is scheduled to work at the
Meet.

- There is a Timers Meeting before the Meet. They are
usually held at 5:45. All individuals that are
Timers need to pick up a Clip-Board with a pencil and
a Stop Watch prior to the Timers Meeting.

- We schedule Volunteers according to the jobs they
prefer as indicated on their Swimmer/Parent
Commitment Form. We cannot always match your
preference. The needs of the Swim Team are also
considered and you may be assigned a different job.
