Since the season is over,
there are no more Party Reservations for 2008
We will begin accepting reservations for 2009 in April
2009.

The Club is a great place to host parties for groups both large and
small.
If you will be having more than 12 guests on any day, you need to
pre-arrange your party. All parties greater than 100 must have
approval of the President or Vice President.
Before the club opens, you can make party reservations by sending a
note to the Secretary.
Once the club is open, the best way to guarantee your spot
is to visit the club and get on the calendar.
As you plan your party, please keep in mind:
-Only certain areas of the club can be reserved for large groups
and this must be done in advance
-You are responsible for paying all guest fees. We will not collect
from individual guests.
-You are responsible for the conduct of your guests; they must
adhere to all rules.
-Please make sure your guest understand that children must be
toilet trained to use the main pool. NO DIAPERS are allowed in the
main pool. This includes Swimming Diapers.
For everyone's safety, please remind all of your guests that NO
GLASS CONTAINERS OF ANY TYPE (jars, bottles,
crock pots, serving dishes, etc.) are allowed on the club
grounds.
If you are having a caterer bring items, or renting a tent, please
contact a Manager before the event to arrange for the gates to be
open for you. Additionally, you are responsible for letting your
caterer know that they can not bring any GLASS CONTAINERS OF ANY
TYPE (jars, bottles,
crock pots, serving dishes, etc.) onto the grounds.
