League Meet Information
The theme this year is Jungle Safari! The kids can dress up with the theme if desired and bring posters.
Burton Hollow's morning warm up is scheduled from 7:30-8:00am. If possible have the swimmers there by 7am.
Tent set up is on Friday, July 27th from 6-8pm. There is a map below so you can see where to set up.
League Meet Concessions
Fairway Rainforest Café Concessions menu. Concessions will open at We are offering a variety of nourishing breakfast selections from a local area restaurant, the Omelet & Waffle Café (locations in Plymouth & Northville), as well as bagels, donuts and fruit to get you and your swimmers ready for the big day! Lunch selections will include pizza, breadsticks and fresh grilled hot dogs, hamburgers, fries and green salad! Also available throughout the entire day will be string cheese, fruit, veggies/dips, baked goods, chips and candy. Additionally, we will have plenty of water, Gatorade and pop available to keep you and your swimmers well hydrated

Banquet-Saturday, July 28th
The annual swim team banquet will be held on Saturday, July 28 after the League Meet. The banquet will be held at Burton Hollow beginning at approximately 6:30pm. Swimmers and families are welcome. The swim team will provide the main course. We ask that every family please bring a dessert or appetizer to share. Please sign up below

Please return the attached Swimmer Commitment Form and Volunteer Form by June 8, 2018 with payment. $40.00 per swimmer. As always, each swimmer will receive a new swim cap and team t-shirt. Additional/replacement caps will be sold at cost.
• There is a $110 maximum per family for swim fees.

As always we need parent volunteers to help at the swim meets. Every family is required to work at least 3 slots. We will be using Sign Up Genius again this year to sign up for the meets. Please sign up using the below link or search firstname.lastname@example.org to access sign ups.
Volunteers are needed to chair the following events during the season: Team Breakfast; Banquet; Ice Cream Floats; Coaches Gifts; Happy Ad and League Meet Sales; Bagel and Poster Fire Up. See the
